Wendy Rittenhouse Faces Employment Discrimination Amidst Trial

"Many People Still Believe My Mother Drove Kyle," She Says

Wendy Rittenhouse, the mother of Kyle Rittenhouse, has spoken out about the challenges she has faced obtaining and maintaining employment due to the ongoing trial of her son.

"We've had difficulty obtaining and maintaining employment due to the fact many people still believe my mother drove Kyle or was somehow involved," she said.

Rittenhouse's son, Kyle, is on trial for fatally shooting two men and injuring a third during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in 2020.

Wendy Rittenhouse has repeatedly denied that she was involved in her son's actions, and she says she is frustrated that people continue to believe otherwise.

"It's been really hard on us," she said. "We've been through a lot, and we're just trying to move on with our lives."
